Personal Assistant to CEO - Full-Time
We are seeking a highly organised and relational Personal Assistant to support the CEO of Teen Challenge Tasmania. This is a key role within a dynamic, purpose-driven organisation, requiring someone who can confidently manage competing priorities while building strong relationships with schools, donors and community stakeholders.
More than an administrative position, this role is central to the effectiveness of our leadership and the delivery of our programs. The ideal candidate will be proactive, professional and people-focused — someone who is just as comfortable engaging in conversation as they are managing schedules and systems.
This is a salaried position offering a package of $75,000 (inclusive of superannuation) plus Fuel & Phone allowance, with flexibility required to support the nature of the role.
If you are passionate about making a difference and want to be part of a team creating real impact in the lives of young people and families, we would love to hear from you.
Teen Challenge Tasmania is a purpose-driven organisation committed to preventing addiction, supporting young people, and building stronger futures through mentoring, education, skill development, and community connection. We look for people who are relational, adaptable, professional and aligned with the heart of our work.
If a role is currently advertised, you will find position details, application information and contact instructions below.
